  • Remaking the Income Tax Assessment Regulations
    You are invited to comment on the draft Income Tax Assessment Regulations 2020 which remake the 1997 Regulations by taking out redundant provisions, simplifying language and restructuring provisions for ease of navigation.
  • Major Reforms to the Foreign Investment Review Framework
    You are invited to comment on the Foreign Investment Reform (Protecting Australia’s National Security) Regulations 2020, (Exposure Draft) and the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Fees Imposition Regulations 2020 (Exposure Draft Fees Regulations). The reforms strengthen the foreign investment framework and ensure the framework keeps pace with the emerging risks and global development.
  • Reform to the Personal Property Securities Act
