  • Wildlife Trade Operation Proposal for the Commercial Export of Lungfish
    You are invited to comment on the wildlife trade operation proposal for the commercial export of Lungfish. The proposal is for the extension to both an existing wildlife trade operation and existing Approved Aquaculture Program.
  • Financial Accountability Regime (FAR)
    You are invited to comment on the implementation of the recommendations of the Financial Services Royal Commission to extend the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) to all Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) regulated entities and provide joint administration to Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as the conduct regulator.
  • Exploration of Fish Resources
    You are invited to comment on the review of Fisheries Management Paper 5: Exploration of Fish Resources. This review provides information on the rights and obligations for operators intending to establish and gain access to an exploratory fishery and aims to provide transparency and certainty for stakeholders and to ensure that any exploratory fishing is conducting in an ecologically sustainable manner.
